About Us
The Bucks County Aquarium Society was founded in 1988 by local aquarists in Bucks County, Pennsylvania interested in promoting, educating and sharing any and all experiences in the aquarium hobby. We have worked towards achieving this goal by providing members and friends with an organized monthly meeting where all can exchange ideas and learn from knowledgeable guest speakers. This is done in a friendly and Informal atmosphere which encourages sharing of tips and experiences that we all have had.
Over the years we have remained true to our mission statement by offering members a wide variety of topics, as presented by our speakers and through our various activities and programs. BCAS offers something for everyone, regardless of experience or knowledge level. Our members are what make the club such a huge success. All prospective members are invited to join us at one of our monthly meetings to gain a better understanding of what the club offers the aquarist. We are a non-profit organization that benefits greatly from the generosity of our sponsors.
