I have been keeping tropical fish since I was 9 (60 years). Active in the organized hobby since 1971. Editor of the North Jersey AS REPORTER for over 30 years. served on the Board of the American Cichlid Assn., American Catfish Assn., North Jersey AS, Gold Coast AS, and FAAS. Led the first Peruvian Amazon Collecting trip. Wrote the Society News column for AFM for 11 years. Owned two pet shops and one wholesale fish operation. Currently semi-retired in Ft. Lauderdale FL with 18 aquariums in a one bedroom condo.
